Adhere to the principle of equality between men and women, eliminate gender discrimination in employment, realizing women's right of equality employment are the essential requirements of a harmonious society. Our constitution stipulates that women enjoy equal rights with men in political, economic, cultural, social and family life and so on, giving women equal employment rights. But in fact, employment discrimination to women exists generally, serious harm the realization of women equal employment rights. Based on women's right of equality employment as the research object, with social gender perspective, comparison on law system of ensure the female equal employment between Mainland and Hong Kong from the legislation system, legislation contents and law enforcement agencies. Compared with Hong Kong, the mainland legal system mainly exists in the following questions:the first is the lack of unity and stability; the second is confined to protect, contempt equality between the sexes protection; the third is protective measures too baseless, lack of criterion of employment discrimination; the forth is lack of Specific provisions of relief program and legal responsibility; the fifth is lack of special law enforcement agencies. The paper analyzes the causes of the main differences are traditional culture and legislative ideas. Finally, according to the existing problems of the mainland legal system, reference to Hong Kong's experiences, put the suggestions of perfecting mainland security women equal employment law system. The study not only helps to understand the development level and the main characteristics of security women equal employment law system in the mainland and Hong Kong, but also have important practical significances those are to promote the development of the mainland legal system and improve the legal status of women.
