Lack Of Public Trustwothiness Of Local Government In The Background Of Credit Crisis And Optimizing Path

With the integration of the world economy,the world economy is becoming closer,the world has become a community of destiny.In recent years,under the influence of the credit crisis which broke out in the United States in 2007,the regional credit crisis which originated from private lending in all parts of China is still appearing constantly.The impact of the crisis continues to spread,the regional economy is seriously frustrated,and the bottom line of the national prevention of regional financial risk is facing serious challenges.Therefore,to understand and grasp the development and change of the outside world is the fundamental requirement for us in the era of globalization,and also the inevitable requirement for us to "open our eyes to the world" and learn from the advanced western civilization.Under the background of economic monetization,securitization and financialization,the study of the occurrence and development process of financial crisis and its complex internal logic has become the urgent task of economic research in the world and the urgent task of economists.However,the local credit crisis only appeared a few years ago,so the research in this field has further development in quantity and quality.In addition,the research on this aspect is particularly importantwith the continuous attention of our government to the construction of government credibilityin recent years.Based on the basic situation of our country at the present stage,this paper expounds the relevant concepts of local credit crisis and government credibility,sorts out and classifies the regional credit crisis at home and abroad,analyzes the typical regional samples,summarizes the general characteristics of the regions where the credit crisis occurred,and analyzes the status quo,relevant influencing factors and consequences of the lack of government credibility under the local credit crisis in our country.Based on the combination of credit crisis management ability andlocal government,this paper analyzes the causes and status quo of local credit crisis from the relationship between local government's crisis management ability and government credibility.Secondly,this paper expounds the performance of the lack of government credibility under the local credit crisis,and analyzes and explains the causes of the lack of government credibility under the local credit crisis from three aspects of the government's own factors,social public opinion factors,democracy and legal system factors.Finally,the paper puts forward the ways to improve the credibility of the government by innovating the concept of government governance,constructing the government accountability mechanism,improving the government credit supervision mechanism under the crisis management,and improving the government's ability to tackle key problems under the crisis situation.
