Reform Of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park's Administrative Examination And Approval System

The friendship between the peoples of China and Malaysia has been developing in a friendly manner.The cooperation between the two countries in economy,trade,finance,infrastructure and agriculture,forestry and fishery has been solid.The cooperation between high scores and the Beidou application service industry has risen to the strategic level of the two countries,benefiting both peoples.It also stimulated the development and prosperity of the local regional economy.The China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park initiated the new model of international capacity cooperation between the "Two States and Two Parks" and became the pioneering exploration and active practice in serving the national-"Belt and Road" strategy,further enriching the key content of the upgraded version of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.However,due to the impact of economic globalization,China's economic structure growth pattern is undergoing profound changes.State-level development zones also face challenges from various parties in terms of institutional mechanisms and need urgent optimization and upgrading.How to better solve the bottleneck problem of the system,give full play to the role of the park as a regional park for the reform and innovation of the autonomous region,and further promote the reform of the administrative approval "distribution service" is a major issue to be answered by the Qinzhou Industrial Park in China and Malaysia.After six years of development,the infrastructure of the 7.87-square-kilometer start-up zone of Qinzhou Industrial Park in Qinzhou Industrial Park was basically completed,basically fulfilling the goal of "three years to lay the foundation".However,in terms of the administrative examination and approval system,there are problems such as
