The Predicament And Outlet Of Enterprise's Trade Union Evolution

Based on the investigation of the relationship between organizational effectiveness and legitimacy,this paper presents an analysis of the case of unions in four enterprises,and proposes the existing logic of the enterprise's trade union operation,that is,seeks a balance between effectiveness and legitimacy,and proposes support.The decisive factor behind the logic of corporate trade union operations is the strategy employed by corporate unions in their reforms.However,due to the mutual restraint between effectiveness and legitimacy,the existing corporate trade union strategy is often not sustainable.Therefore,on the basis of international comparison,system,and legal analysis,this paper proposes amendments to the logic of the existing enterprise trade unions,and attempts to establish the logic of how the enterprise trade unions should operate.The revised trade union operation logic avoids the constraints of effectiveness and legitimacy,and guides the use of laws,systems,and policies.This is especially true for higher-level trade union organizations based on their regional economic development and capital structure characteristics.The guidance conducted has expanded the dimension of nominal validity,shifting from the initial focus on salary growth and welfare promotion to more attention to employment conditions and career planning.On the basis of the expansion of the validity dimension of corporate trade unions,the role and function of the trade unions of enterprises have been strengthened,and the sustainability of corporate trade union strategies has also been enhanced.Eventually,it has achieved the agreement of the dual functions of corporate union representation and coordination.Harmonious and stable labor relations provide the necessary conditions.
