| With the gradual recovery of the economy and the acceleration of new urbanization after the financial crisis,although the demand for enterprises in the southeastern coastal cities has increased,many people choose to return to work or find jobs in areas closer to home,affected by the economic development of the central and western regions.The mobility of employees in urban enterprises is increasing,the stability is getting worse and worse,and the situation of brain drain is intensifying.It is difficult to recruit workers at the same time as the current difficulties in retaining people.The grim situation has made enterprises not only focus on recruiting people,but also on retaining people.In order to help enterprises retain talents,the academic community has conducted in-depth research to provide theoretical basis for them.Looking at the literature,the research that affects the stability factors of employees mainly focuses on personal characteristics,corporate characteristics and social characteristics.The research on trade union construction mainly focuses on the impact on harmonious labor relations,and few people pay attention to the relationship between the two.Based on this background,this paper uses the questionnaire survey data of the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Trade Unions in 2016 to study the influence and direction of the construction of trade unions on the stability of employees through the use of multiple logistic regression models.This paper firstly sorts out the relevant literature and theoretical basis from the factors affecting employee stability and the effect of trade union construction,and clarifies the impact of trade union construction on employee stability.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of the development and construction of trade unions in the whole country and Zhejiang Province.Based on the observation of the theory and the status quo,the existing research maturity factors are removed,and further empirical analysis is carried out by establishing a multiple logistic regression model from the perspective of trade union construction.It is found that the longer the term of the labor contract is signed,the more stable the staff team is.The enterprise that has established the employee representative assembly system and the wage collective bargaining system can retain the talents,and the establishment of employee education funds is more popular.At the same time,the working hour system also has a significant impact on the stability of employees.This is also consistent with the expected results at the beginning of the article.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward suggestions to the trade unions:It is believed that first,the trade union should attach importance to and supervise the signing of labor contracts,and provide tangible guarantees for employees to stay in the enterprise;the second working hour system can be linked to individual performance to a certain extent,the system People’s hearts can make employees feel a sense of belonging,which can greatly promote the enthusiasm of employees;According to the German experience,the trade unions can work with the government to support the vocational training of employees.The government supports the enterprises to withdraw education funds to ensure that the capital investment can truly improve the overall quality of employees,and at the same time benefit the enterprise.Finally,the collective wage negotiation system is headed by employees.The cultivation of the image of its masters reflects the positive role of trade union construction to a large extent. |
