Research On International Human Rights Protection Of Refugee

As we all know,the issue of refugees have existed since ancient times,and after the concept of refugees have entered the scope of international law,it has given birth to the provisions,rules and regulations of international law that specifically protect refugees.Although the theme of the world today is still peace and development,as the economic disparities between regions continue to widen and conflicts persist in parts of the world,especially since the Syrian civil war,the number of refugees has increased,and the rights and interests of refugees cannot be guaranteed.The issue has gradually become the focus of attention of the international community.In view of the recent situation,this paper attempts to use the Syrian refugee phenomenon as an entry point to guide the protection of the human rights of refugees.Then,according to the refugee human rights protection mechanism and the relevant provisions of the international refugee law,it elaborates on the possible problems and dilemmas of refugee human rights protection and tries to Find ways to solve the protection of refugees' human rights.Firstly,the definition and status of the refugees,the Syrian refugee crisis,the international protection of human rights and their characteristics were discussed.Then,the specific introduction of the subject of the human rights protection of refugees was introduced;followed by a discussion of the positive impact of the Human Rights Watch organization affiliated with the United Nations on the protection of Syrian refugees' human rights and some unresolved issues.Further briefings on the basic principles of the protection of refugees' human rights and the basic rights of the refugees have guided the protection of refugees.Last but not least,it focuses on the common causes of the protection of human rights of refugees and the specific reasons for the protection of human rights in Syria.This leads to the institutional and practical difficulties faced by the protection of human rights of refugees,and proposes solutions for the protection of human rights in light of the difficulties.
