| As a native Rakhine inhabitants in Myanmar,Rohingya Muslims are a people of mixed blood from different Ethnic groups.Before the three wars of British aggression against Myanmar,the Rohingya people maintained a long-term peaceful and friendly relationship with other groups.In order to smoothly put Burmese under the British rule,British increased the population of foreign Muslims to Myanmar.The increasing population of foreign intensified the relationship between Muslims and Burmese.In1948,Burma claimed independence and build up a newly democratic government.In the constitution Roingyas were granted with the nationality of Burma.But the implementation of the policy faced several difficulties.Such as a low efficient government and illiterate Roingya people.As a result,majority of Roingya peoples missed the opportunity of obtaining nationality became of unofficial foreign ethnic group.In recent years,as Rohingya refugee crisis has intensified,Rohingya refugee got high attention from outside word.As an issue in the non-traditional field,refugees themselves have a spillover effect.Rohingya refugees not only damaged Myanmar's diplomatic image,but also threatened the security of neighboring countries.In the intervention of Rohingya refugees,ASEAN and UNHCR also urged Myanmar to attach importance to Rohingya ' s human rights issues,but limited by its own shortcomings,the two international organizations have made slow progress in the repatriation and protection of Rohingya.The negative impact of the Rohingya issue has also surfaced and poses a certain threat to peace and stability in Southeast Asia.In response to the Rohingya refugee issue,the failure of the recipient countries and international organizations was due to the meaning of the article.At the same time,the influence of Rohingya refugees on neighboring countries also had to be taken seriously.Finally,solutions are drawn from the intervention of the Rohingya policy in Myanmar and the intervention of international actors. |
