revitalization strategy serves as a general solution to the current "three rural" problem of the total grasp.In the first document of 2018,the opinions of the state council of the CPC central committee on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,a top-level design was carried out on how to implement the rural revitalization strategy.Rural revitalization strategy
