New Country Sages Participating In The Rural Governance: Based On The Rural Vitalization Strategy

In the new era,under the framework of the villager autonomy system,the state has invested a lot of resources to support rural development.Judging from the current situation of rural governance in China,many rural areas in China generally face “Rural hollowing” The villager autonomy system is suspended,villagers and villages are demolished,the rule of law resources are marginalized,traditional culture is weak,and rural leadership resource are lacking.The problem is that endogenous forces are urgently needed to pool resources to promote rural renewal.In order to establish a legal and effective rural governance system,we strive to form a governance structure dominated by endogenous power autonomy and external embedded governance.As a rural endogenous governance resource,New country sages is a soft governance force that can combine various forces such as administration,autonomy,rule of law,and rule by virtue to achieve superior governance.New country sages participated in a new attempt and exploration of rural governance.The inheritance and development of the traditional,able villagers culture is a transitional stage to realize villager autonomy.In the end,it is necessary to realize the democratic decision of the village to decide the village affairs.From the perspective of rural governance subjects,using rural governance resources and path theory,this paper analyzes the inevitability of New country sage's participation in rural governance from the perspective of rural revitalization.It uses all possible paths to mobilize various resources and promote village political,economic,cultural and social ecology balance.Develop and realize rural order.As a carrier of traditional internal cultural resources,New country sages has the advantages of ability,character,resources and vision,explores its moral and cultural values and economic and social benefits,integrates national and social forces,builds unified authority,and injects cultural vitality into rural revitalization.It is clear that,New country sages is a collaborator of rural autonomy,a promoter of the rule of law in rural areas,and practitioner of rural rule of virtue,leading the villagers to achieve good governance.Through the practice analysis of the current New country sages' participation in rural governance,it is revealed that all regions should give play to local comparative advantages,selectively promote the management of,New country sages,and realize the effective goal of,New country sages resources,rural social structure and,New country sages governance goals.combine;rationally select the New able villagers governance unit to maximize the mobilization of various resources in the region;learning from the experience of traditional rituals and governance create an efficient operation mechanism for the township organization and realize the organic combination of traditional cultural resources and modern governance concepts.In the practice of participation in,New country sages rural governance,due to the instability of personal morality,there have been problems such as “pseudo-township”,“people rule greater than rule of law”.We need to further consider how to improve the public rationality of,New country sages' participation in rural governance;how to choose the governance mode according to the village governance structure in different regions,to avoid the flood of rural villages and villages;how to deal with the relationship between individual authority and collective democracy in rural governance Promote the process of democratic modernization at the grassroots level.
