In recent years, the frequent occurrence of natural disasters such as floods and droughts has posed a great threat to agricultural production. In order to deal with agricultural natural disasters and improve the ability of agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation, the government has invested a lot of funds in the provision of public goods for disaster reduction and the construction of disaster reduction and prevention. However, due to the long-term implementation of the "top-down" supply mode with the government as the main body of supply, the supply of agricultural public goods in China has some problems, such as insufficient public quantity, low efficiency of supply, unreasonable supply structure, and so on.Therefore, the key to solve these problems is to change the present situation of providing agricultural public goods unilaterally by the government and to improve the willingness of farmers to participate in the supply of agricultural public goods. However, with the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization, the employment structure and income level of the rural labor force are greatly different, and there is a gradual differentiation among the farmers.Different farmers' dependence on agriculture resulted in differences in their willingness to supply public goods for agricultural disaster reduction.Based on this background, this paper studies the differentiation of farmers and the influence of farmers on the supply of public goods for agricultural disaster reduction,in order to provide corresponding policy suggestions and theoretical guidance for promoting farmers' supply of public goods for agricultural disaster reduction and improving the efficiency of supply. On the basis of the existing literature, combining the theory of social differentiation and the theory of planning behavior, this paper constructs a model of the influence of farmers' differentiation on the willingness to supply public goods for agricultural disaster reduction, which takes risk perception and resilience as intermediary variables. At the same time, based on the research results of relevant scholars and the existing mature measurement scale, this paper designs the relevant measurement items of farmers' differentiation, risk perception,anti-disaster ability and agricultural public goods supplywillingness. In this paper,889 farmers in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River who are frequently affected by disasters are investigated and investigated in the field, and the research data are obtained.SPSS is used to analyze the sample data by descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, and structural equation analysis with AMOS to modify the research model, and to test the intermediary effect of risk perception and disaster resilience. The results are as follows:(1)the differentiation of peasant households in China is obvious.(2)the differentiation of farmers has a significant negative influence on the willingness of farmers to supply public goods for agricultural disaster reduction, and has a significant negative effect on risk perception.(3)risk perception has a significant positive impact on farmers' willingness to supply public goods for agricultural disaster reduction. The ability to resist disasters significantly negatively affects the willingness of farmers to supply public goods for agricultural disaster reduction.(4)the differentiation of farmers indirectly affects the willingness of farmers to supply public goods for agricultural disaster reduction through two intermediary paths: risk perception and resilience.Based on this, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: first, the government should guide the differentiation of farmers reasonably, and actively deal with the impact of the differentiation on the public goods of agricultural disaster reduction.Promote the growth of agricultural income, improve the ability to resist disasters of farmers to provide public goods for agricultural disaster reduction.Third, increase publicity, improve farmers' willingness to supply public goods for agricultural disaster reduction.
