Study On The Micro-dissemination Of Government Affairs In Districts And Counties From The Perspective Of Development Communication

While the government affairs Weibo and government affairs WeChat are developing in full swing across the country,the development of the administrative micro-communication platform in the counties and counties has assumed certain advantages in terms of quantity,but the quality is uneven.How to use districts and counties to government micro-dissemination platform to better play a positive effect in regional development,has become an important issue to be solved in the construction of our country's local governments at all levels of government affairs micro-communication platform under the information background.This paper introduces the theoretical perspective of development communication.From the perspective of development and communication,it examines the development of the "government micro-communication" platform in districts and counties and tries to put forward development proposals.It is an innovative move.From the perspective of development communication,to study the district and county government micro-communication platform,we must first sort out and examine the development of communication theory.This paper attempts to proceed from the concept of "administrative micro-dissemination" and "development communication" in districts and counties,and from the three stages of "generation,disappearance and reconstruction" of the modernization paradigm of development communication,to carry out the internal mechanism of the development of communication theory of development research.In order to sum up,from the failure of the development of communication studies in developing countries,it is concluded that the practice of combining development with communication should be pursued in China.The most important thing is that the second chapter will make a clear understanding of the relationship between the development of communication science,development and communication,the government micro-dissemination platform,and regional development.In the interactive relationship between information dissemination and social development,the relationship between district and county government micro-dissemination platform and regional development is explored to deepen the research topic and purpose of this article.The research on the government micro-communication platform in districts and counties is also inseparable from the support of specific cases.This article selects “Shapingba Micro-government” as a case study,and builds a research model for “front-office operation-back-office management”,which includes positioning and function,operation team and management structure,working mechanism and process,content presentation mode,and interaction.Based on the analysis of its dissemination effects and other aspects,it was based on this and tried to summarize the problems and experiences in the operation and management of the “Shapingba Micro-government” platform.The formation of the matrix of the government micro-communication platform in districts and counties has risen in the context of the national strategy.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the status quo of the development of the micro-dissemination platform for the county-level governments in terms of strategic layout.In this context,the government micro-communication platform has achieved multi-level coverage across the country,resulting in a multi-platform linkage effect.Secondly,on the basis of the case analysis in Chapter 3,we selected some cases of Shapingba Micro-government and enriched the cases of county-level administrative micro-dissemination platforms that have achieved achievements and experiences across the country.The Government Affairs Micro-Dissemination"platform has gained outstanding experience in creating a unique "Meng" style,using "micro-investigation" to enhance interaction,user production content,teamwork and division of labor mechanism,and forming a matrix matrix effect.At the same time,it is pointed out that the concept of leadership and operation personnel in the actual operation and management of the administrative micro-dissemination in districts and counties is relatively conservative and staff financial resources are insufficiently equipped.Inter-departmental coordination and integration needs to be strengthened,lack of a continuous and standardized safeguard mechanism,and neglect of brand building management issues,in order to examine the development of the government micro-dissemination platform in all districts and counties across the country.Finally,in light of the development status of the national government micro-dissemination platform,the author has built and developed the government micro-communication platform for districts and counties in terms of changing communication concepts,integrating platform resources,cultivating professional teams,improving security mechanisms,and strengthening brand building.Suggestions were made in order to provide some references for the exploration of future paths and theoretical guidance of the government micro-dissemination platform in districts and counties.
