A Study On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Micro-Government Of Enshi Municipal People’s Procuratorate

As a result of the development of the technology and mobile intelligent terminal,"Internet +" is not only promoting the continuous progress of economic forms and social economic entity,but also promoting the new development of the knowledge society.New government media is the combination of traditional government affairs and media communication in the new era.It is the creative expression of "Internet +" thinking in the public opinion online.The mobile social media like microblog and Wechat,has an impact on our pattern of social public opinion.As one of the representative forms of new government affairs media,microblog and Wechat have become an important platform for the communication of officer and people.Adapted to the trend of the times,as the closest organization to the people,grass-root government institutions of governance should make full use of micro e-government platform for governance innovation,being the main position to the communication of government and people.Based on the analysis of documents related to new government media and micro government affairs,we select the micro government affairs of grass-roots institutions as the research object after combing the relevant concepts and theories of the micro government affairs.We choose the Enshi City procuratorate as the main example,and make a brief introduction of its opening situation of microblog and Wechat.Based on analysis of letter positioning strategy,communication content,operating institution of the Enshi procuratorate,we summarize that there exists several problems on the operating of the Enshi procuarorate like the missing role positioning,the low degree of standardization of operation management mechanism and the insufficient cooperation of microblog and Wechat.In view of the problems,we propose a serious of suggestions to optimize function positioning,regulate operating management system and cooperate the use of microblog and Wechat,trying to promote the development of the micro government affair of the primary procuratorate.
