The Study On Effectiveness Of The Young Pioneers Of Thematic Education Activity

As an important part of school education,the Young Pioneers of China has been a special education school organization,she with its unique form of organization influenced the children's spiritual world,which laid a foundation for their healthy growth.The Young Pioneers of China,the Young Pioneers,play the role of education in the main way.In numerous activity form,the most prominent is the most common theme education activities,she implication profound education connotation,rich and colorful activities form,leads the Chinese children's ideology,profoundly affects their growth.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of education activities of the Young Pioneers and to promote the promotion of education work of the Young Pioneers and the cultivation of successors of the new generation.This article is composed of five parts:The first part is the introduction.This part is mainly from research background,research significance,literature review,concept definition,research framework and innovation and deficiency.First of all,the theme for the Young Pioneers education activity implementation present situation and future development trend of present this topic research background,and then from two aspects:theory and reality of put forward this topic research significance.Through the literature review,the research status of education activity was summarized by comparative analysis.The relevant concepts of research are defined.To grasp the research content,based on the research method,the representational research technology roadmap.Finally,the author puts forward the innovation and deficiency of this research.The second part is the actuality and attribution analysis of education activity,This part of the content theme education activities as the core,through a line of Young Pioneers and the counselor questionnaire survey and interviews,to activity design,implementation and evaluation of three aspects as the dimernsion,to the current problems existing in the thematic education activity effectiveness in-depth investigation and analysis.The third part mainly focuses on the case study of education activity of the Young Pioneers.From the three aspects of design,organization and evaluation of activity cases,a complete education activity is presented.Through the activities of Young Pioneers,counselors and parents satisfaction before and after pointing to the effectiveness of problems,such as questionnaires and interviews,in view of the activities of the design,implementation and evaluation of effect analysis,the influence of the activity effectiveness to specific elements.The fourth part puts forward the basic countermeasures about the effectiveness of education.According to the existing problems and low effectiveness of attribution analysis,affecting the activity design,implementation and evaluation of the elements to conduct a comprehensive combing,focusing on the therme education activities effectiveness problem,put forward targeted specific solutions,provide constructive Suggestions for and carry out activities according to the actual effect.The fifth part is the conclusion.This paper mainly discusses the main points of this paper,including the current situation analysis and countermeasures.In addition,this paper proposes the direction and expectation of further research on this subject in the future,especially aiming at the deficiencies and confusion in the research process,so as to improve the research depth.
