On The Enforcement Of Laws And Regulations Within The Party And The Construction Of Long-term Mechanism

Since its inception,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the construction of the party's laws and regulations.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the Communist Party of China has been running the country and governing its affairs.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the research on the inner-party laws and regulations and to strengthen the research on the inner-party laws and regulations and their executive ability,which is the premise of governing the Party according to the rules and the rule of law as a whole,and the key is to enhance the execution of the laws and regulations within the Party.This article takes the inner-party law and its execution as the research object,combines the inner-party law enforcement with the all-around strict administration of the party,on the basis of the analysis of the related concepts of the inner-party laws and regulations.This paper deeply analyzes the performance and causes of the current inner-party law enforcement block,and probes into the basic path to enhance the inner-party law enforcement from the system and mechanism.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly combing the domestic and foreign research status related to this topic,the research significance,research ideas,research methods and innovation of this topic.The second chapter mainly defines the related concepts,analyzes the internal relationship between the comprehensive strict administration of the Party and the promotion of the enforcement of laws and regulations within the Party.First,it defines the concept of inner-party laws and regulations from the aspects of connotation,essence,characteristics,functions,and so on.It reveals the internal relationship between inner-party laws and national laws.This paper deeply reveals the positive correlation between the law enforcement ability of the party and the comprehensive strict administration of the party.Improving the law enforcement ability within the party is the key to the comprehensive and strict administration of the party,and the implementation of the comprehensive strict administration of the party will also promote the improvement of the law enforcement power within the party.The third chapter mainly analyzes the phenomenon and reason of the current inner-party law enforcement.The main reasons for these obstructions are that the quality of some inner-party laws and regulations is not high,the quality of the inner-party laws and regulations part of the enforcement subject needs to be improved,and the operating mechanism of the inner-party laws and regulations enforcement is not perfect.The fourth chapter mainly explores the way to improve the enforcement of inner-party laws and regulations from the aspect of long-lasting mechanism construction.One is to perfect the quality control mechanism of inner-party laws and regulations,the other is to perfect the propaganda and education mechanism of inner-party laws and regulations,and the third is,The fourth is to perfect the operating mechanism of inner-party laws and regulations,and to find out the ways to improve the enforcement of inner-party laws and regulations by analyzing different mechanisms.
