Purity is the essential characteristic of the Marxist party,and it is also the fundamental requirement and eternal topic of the Marxist party's own construction.In the course of creating and leading the proletarian party,Marx,Engels,Lenin and other great revolutionaries of the proletariat held special discussions on maintaining the party's purity.As a Marxist political party,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the purity of the party since its inception and has carried out effective practice of maintaining the party's purity in various historical periods of revolution,construction,and reform,further enriching and developing the purity theory and practice of the proletarian party.The 18th CPC Party Congress put forward the major proposition of "the construction of the party's purity" for the first time and included it in the main line of the party's construction.From a new perspective,it shows a strong pertinence and sense of the times.Since the 18th CPC Party Congress,the central committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core put forward the thought of strict discipline with party in all-round way from a strategic and global perspective,and put forward many creative and forward-looking ideas on strengthening the Party's purity construction.It deepened the new understanding of the party's purity construction,defined the focus of strengthening the party's purity,put forward the basic requirements for the construction of the party's purity,carried out the concentrated education activities of maintaining the party's purity,formulated inner-party regulations of maintaining the party's purity,clearly understand the relationship between comprehensively governing the party and maintaining the party's purity,and opened up a new realm of Marxist political party's purity construction.At the same time,with the profound changes of world situation,national condition and party situation,the party's governing environment is becoming more complicated.The prominent problems existing in the party such as impure ideas,impure organization,and impure manners have yet to be solved.To investigate its underlying causes,the non-systematization of the Party's pure construction system and the incompleteness of the mechanism are the main problem.To this end,we must firmly grasp the new requirements for strict discipline with party in all-round way,and strive to explore long-term mechanisms that will enable the majority of party members to receive long-term education and eternal purity:First,construct a long-term mechanism for ideological education in order to stick to the communist party's spiritual pursuit.Second,construct a long-term mechanism for organizing management to ensure that the ranks of party members are pure and reliable.The third is to build a long-term mechanism for liaison with the masses and to strengthen the flesh-and-blood relationship between the party and the masses.The fourth is to build a long-term mechanism for constraining and supervising and to keep the party cadres clean and honest;five is to build anti-corruption long-term mechanism to ensure that the party's political qualities will remain true.Sixth,it will improve the long-term mechanism for institutional innovation and optimize the synergy effect of various mechanisms.
