Interview system is a basic system of inner-party supervision and a means to prevent corruption.Interview letter as a system time is not long,is the " communist party of China supervision regulations(provisional)" formally confirmed,and play an important role in the system since the 18 th national congress.This paper studies the construction of interview and correspondence system under the new situation.First of all,the introduction explains the background of the inquiry system and the purpose and method of using the system.In the second chapter,the author combs the interview correspondence system from the time context,combs the development process of the interview correspondence system from the proposed stage to the mature stage and the relevant institutional mechanisms,as well as the historical,realistic logic,legal and party discipline basis of the interview correspondence system.It is the CPC's own organizational form,party-building tradition and the history of criticism and self-criticism that provide historical support for it.At the same time,the current inner-party talks,existing problems and the overall strict management of the party's strategic layout for its practical needs.At the same time from the law,party and discipline of two angles to analyze the basis for the introduction of interview letter system.In the third chapter,the work orientation,work characteristics,responsibility subject,work subject,work operation mechanism of interview correspondence system are described.Interview correspondence system of work positioning,from the basic functions,party member education,comprehensive strict management of the party's three education is introduced.Secondly,according to the specific work of the interview letter,it is determined that it has three characteristics: seriousness,ideological content and artistic quality.Secondly,in the subject of responsibility and the main body of work,according to the party discipline on the basis of the main body of responsibility,the main body of work.Finally,according to the practice of interview correspondence system,the essential operating rules and mechanisms areextracted.Through the study found that the interview correspondence system is relatively perfect,by the question and qualitative mechanism,interview operation mechanism,question feedback deepening mechanism,security mechanism.In the fourth chapter,through the selection of western bourgeois political party system mature operation of the typical-the British political party system and the Asian one-party ruling country of Singapore people's action party as a reference sample,analysis of its successful experience,and explore the corresponding inspiration.In the fifth chapter,the author analyzes the performance of interview correspondence system and the problems in its operation.Through the analysis of the data provided by the commission for discipline inspection since the 18 th national congress of the CPC,the effectiveness of interviews and inquiries is analyzed.Secondly,for the practice of interview correspondence in various places,according to the question and qualitative mechanism,interview operation mechanism,problem feedback deepening mechanism,security mechanism to ask rough questions.In the sixth chapter,in view of the problems raised in the fifth chapter,from the ideological understanding,preliminary preparation,mid-term,after the rectification of the four aspects of specific improvement measures,from all aspects of the improvement of the interview consultation system,to ensure that " red face sweat" become the norm,promote the implementation of the supervision and discipline of the " four forms",to promote the comprehensive strict rule of the party,to create a clean political atmosphere within the party.
