B town,a typical town of remoteness and poorness,which is the key project supported by our country every year,belongs to Hunan province.From 2010 to now,B town has been on the grid management and then gradually from point to surface,in order to develop the economy,solve the problem of social management,enhance the ability of public service and stabilize social order.To integrate resources and change management style,the government changed in function,supplied adequate financial investment and combined social management and information technology.The team,which improves the governance capacity,serves efficiently and conveniently.Meanwhile,the government encourages the self-management and self-service,which helps to build a harmonious society.The grid management of B town has achieved a lot during these years,such as the establishment of “eight wheel”management structure,the first we-chat gird management platform of town in XIANGXI autonomy prefecture,and the system of four connection and three extension.While,there are still some problem unsolved,such as the burden of controlling and lack of governance,a great number of migration and the unwilling of citizen.The reasons are in the following.Firstly,the party members and cadres fail in taking the lead acting;secondly,the grid management team service poor;thirdly,residents' quality influences and the last one is the acquaintance society dilemma.To solve these,the local government take some actions.The first one is strengthening the residents' Internet thinking;the second one is the construction of target responsibility system and assessment supervision system;the third one is creating a platform for information management,and the fourth one is building a professional service team.
