An Empirical Study On The Township Grid Management

With the acceleration of urbanization,many problems are gradually emerging in the urban management.To improve the government effectiveness and enhance the governance and administrative capacity,it is inevitable to pay more and more attention to the continuous exploration and innovation of urban management application.Grid management,a product from the above-mentioned exploration,accordingly comes into being.However,the research and application of grid management still concentrate on the urban communities instead of township.The successful grid management applied to township is more difficult to govern.Therefore,the thesis probes into the optimization of township grid management.This thesis gives a systemic analysis on the current situation of the grid management research and summarizes current typical theories and practices about grid management.This thesis seeks to explore the necessity of grid management in township and takes the Shuangkou Town,which is the author's workplace,as the research object to evaluate the implementation of grid management.To conduct the evaluation,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCEM)are used and an appraisal system which contains four factors including financial investment,the public,internal business management and innovation,is built.Based on the evaluation,the thesis further discusses the problems existing in the grid management of Shuangkou Town,such as unbalanced financial input,an absence of public participation,imperfect of internal operation management linkage mechanism,backward grid administrator managing system and puts forward practical measures to optimize the township grid management,for instance,balancing financial investment,enhancing the public to participate in the grid management,perfecting the internal operation management linkage mechanism and accelerating the construction of relevant system.This thesis focuses on the township grid management,and builds a systemic evaluation on the implementation of grid management in Shuangkou Town,enriching existing academic achievements and enhancing Shuangkou Town's utilization level of grid management.Meanwhile,this thesis puts forward practical measures of township grid management,which will have certain reference meanings for other towns.
