Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Grid Management In Local Governments

With the vigorous implementation of grid management in China,the government has gradually matured in grid management in first and second tier cities.However,grid management is still in the promotion and optimization stage for third and fourth tier cities,towns,rural areas,and special areas.In this context,Ningdong Town,as a typical industrial town in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region with GDP accounting for 35%of Ningxia’s total economic GDP,is a national comprehensive pilot town of new urbanization.In order to solve the local social governance dilemma and improve the social governance ability through grid management,it is of great significance to explore and innovate the social governance model of this region.This thesis examines the mesh management of the gotcha by the literature research,the questionnairing and the interview.First of all,through the analysis of the current situation of grid management in Ningdong Town,Lingwu City,using the methods of questionnaire survey and interview,the problems existing in the process of implementation,such as insufficient grid expert team construction,low sense of mass participation,unsound grid management mechanism,and then analyze the causes of the problems.For example,there is a lack of effective communication between the masses and the government,and the quality of grid specialists needs to be improved.Then,by learning the successful experience of other cities in the use of grid management,the direction of grid management in Ningdong town can be compared and analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of grid management in Ningdong Town are put forward,such as strengthening the guarantee of grid management and strengthening the construction of grid talent team.It is hoped that this thesis can play a certain reference role in improving the grid management level of Ningdong town.At the same time,the practical management measures proposed in this thesis have a certain reference significance for supplementing the grid management of rural areas.
