The Study Of Democratic Political Construction In Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region During The Anti-Japanese War

By studying the historical development of democracy in Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia provinces in the period of Anti-Japanese War,this article provides a reference and inspiration for the construction of contemporary democratic politics in our country.The democratic politics in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region greatly enriched the theoretical research contents of Chinese political democratization,playing a certain role in perfecting the process of China’s democratization development.We can get great illumination from studying the effectiveness of grassroots democratic election in the border areas for the present construction of socialist grassroots democracy in our country.The study of the construction of democracy in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region has far-reaching influence and enlightenment both on the current political construction and on the political construction in China in the future,which is of great value.According to a large amount of historical data,this article analyzes the democratic political construction in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the Anti-Japanese War in many aspects.After describing the basic general situation of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,the article discusses the construction of democracy in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region from three aspects: the beginning,development and improvement of the construction the democratic politics in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.From the outset,the Communist Party of China gradually established its own democratic government in explorations and later mastered three aspects of political development: the political participation,the political socialization and the political mobilization as well as political consultation which finally became the universal suffrage system and the "three-three system" regime and later the Senate was established.Thisarticle focuses on describing how the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)has built a democratic political system in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and its phased results.During this special period of the Anti-Japanese War,the great practice of the Chinese democratic political system had a profound impact on the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,other anti-Japanese bases,the National Unification Area and the then international community.Combined with the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the democratic political construction of China’s solemn and strict control of the party was put forward,which has great influence on comprehensively promoting the construction of rule of law and the democratic construction in China.
