An Analysis Of The Construction Path Of Service-oriented Party Organizations In Urban Communities In Yanbian Area

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist of China proposed:To strengthen the building of primary party organizations,primary party organizations must take the responsibility of serving the people.The primary party organization is the last kilometer of the connection between the party and people,and the battle bastion of the whole party.The basic theory,line,principles,and policies of our party,and the tasks must rely on primary party organizations to lead the people in the implementation.The urban community party organization is the organizational foundation for the party to work in the city.To adapt to the new situation,it is necessary to strengthen self-construction,change working methods,improve the organization system,guide,integrate and mobilize the social organizations,and play leadership role in strengthening services,highlight its core political status,and constantly consolidate the party's ruling basis.With regard to how to carry out the construction of urban community service party organizations,the urban community party organizations throughout the country have actively explored and accumulated considerable theoretical and practical experience.Yanbian,as a minority area in frontier areas,has achieved certain achievements in the construction of urban community service party organizations in recent years,and has played an important role in consolidating the leadership base of the primary party organizations in minority frontier areas and maintaining social stability and harmony.However,there are also some problems that need to be solved.Through the analysis and research on these issues,this paper proposes solutions to those problems.It has certain theoretical and practical significance for the innovation of the path selection for building of the service-oriented community party organizations in Yanbian area.The paper is divided into three parts:introduction,text,and conclusion.The introduction part discusses the research background,purpose and significance and status of domestic and international research,the research ideas,methods and innovations of this paper are also introduced.The body of the text consist Chapter 2,Chapter 3,and Chapter 4.Chapter 2 focuses on the definition of relevant concepts,specifying the research objects and the scope of the study.Summarize and define the basic concept and characteristics of primary service party organizations.Then excavate and reorganize the ruling theory of the Chinese Communist Party and summed up the theoretical basis for building a service-oriented party organization at the basic level.Finally,from the perspective of the law of the building of the ruling party,the significance of the construction of primary service-oriented party organizations is proposed.The third chapter mainly discusses the basic practices and achievements of the construction of urban community service party organizations in Yanbian area,and analyzes the real problems and difficulties in the process of constructing community service-oriented party organizations in Yanbian area.For the fourth part,it explores the problem-oriented and research basis for the construction of community 'service-oriented party organizations in Yanbian area.Chapter 4 mainly analyzes and explores the paths of constructing urban community service-oriented party organizations in Yanbian area.This is the starting point and standpoint of this topic research.
