The Research On The Construction Of The City Community Service Oriented Party Organization

The construction of grassroots party organizations is the foundation of the party building,is the direct implementation of the national policy,practitioners,promoters.In the historical stage of the deepening reform,the ability of the urban community service-oriented party organizations can be improved,which is directly related to the realization of the interests with masses of people,and the consolidation of the ruling position of the party in the urban community.Qing Pu community service-oriented party organization has its own development conditions,it is a combination of theory and reality process.To explore the construction of the service organization of Qing Pu community in Daqing,which has a guiding role in the development of urban community service party organizations in China.This paper takes the Party organization of Qing Pu community in Daqing as an example,and studies the construction of service organization in urban community.First of all,start from the community concept to the urban communities,from community party organizations to urban community service-oriented party organizations,layer by layer to expand the concept of analysis of the link and the difference.Based on these concepts and theories,analysis of the nature of the service,the object of service,the purpose of service.The research is based on the political,economic,social,party status,people's livelihood and other aspects to analysis the construction of service-oriented party organizations,Secondly,this paper studied on practice and experience about Qing Pu community service work of party.which have enriched the construction of service-oriented party organizations and achieved certain results.At the same time,in the process of exploring the Qing Pu community,there are some problems in the Party organizations of Qing Pu Community,which are embodied the lack of service consciousness,the weak construction of the team and the formalization of the service contents,These problems obstacles to the construction of Qing Pu community service-oriented party organization.Finally,put forward to enhance the construction capacity of the service organizations of urban communities in China.Through the effective experiences and problems in the construction of the service-oriented party organizations in Qing Pu community,we shouldthink about the direction of the development of urban community service-oriented party organizations in our country,and onsider the onstruction of urban community service-oriented party organizations focuses on improving the learning ability and innovation ability of party members,Establish and improve the work of the party organization security mechanism,focusing on improving the service-oriented party organizations work ability,the establishment of the working mechanism.And strive to all aspects of multi-angle to enhance its work ability and level of work.
