Researches On Construction Of Service-oriented Party Organization

The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward a new requirement for the Party--to construct a learning,service-oriented and innovative Marxism political party.To construct the service-oriented party organization is the concrete practice and refinement of that requirement.Jincheng's construction of service-oriented party organization originated from the "Party members volunteering to serve at the grassroots level" in 2012,formed in the practice of "Party Members Working for the Communities" in 2013,fully developed after the formulation and release of "Opinions on Creating Grass-roots Service-oriented Party Organization and Promoting the Party Members to Serve the Mass normally"released by Jincheng Municipal party committee.The author has experienced efforts and explorations of party organizations of Jincheng at all levels to promote the service-oriented party organizations,and also felt the resistance and obstacles from the mechanism,system and opinion.By taking the construction of service-oriented party organizations of Jincheng as the research object,from the perspectives of theoretical foundation,construction status,experiences and problems,this paper studies relevant problems,puts forward rational countermeasures and suggestions for fatherly improving the scientific level to construct a service-oriented party organization.This paper consists of six parts:Chapter One,Introduction.It mainly introduces the research origin,status,significance,content and method.Chapter Two,it mainly describes the theory of constructing service-oriented party organization,analyzes and introduces the theoretical resource,significance and basic connotations.Chapter Three mainly introduces the major practices of Jincheng in promoting the construction of service-oriented party organizations.By taking Jincheng as an example,it summarizes the explorations and practices of constructing service-oriented party organizations from the perspective of service concept,content,ability and mechanism.Chapter Four introduces the basic experiences and problems of Jincheng in constructing service-oriented party organizations,analyzes the gains and losses of Jincheng in promoting the construction of service-oriented party organizations,offers references and basis for the selection of path.Chapter Five introduces the path selection of Jincheng in constructing service-oriented party organizations,which is also the foothold of this paper.It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of service-oriented party organizations from the perspective of clarifying function positioning,focusing on public demands,resource optimization and integration,strengthening basic course construction,and long-term mechanism perfection.Chapter Six is the conclusion.
