Study On The Optimization Of Home-based Care For The Age Service System In Anji County Rural Area

With the rapid speed of our country’s aging process,aged-supporting has become one of the most important social questions related to the vital interests of the people,which also has drew academic and industrial attention to the aged service industry.In 2017,our country issued a series of policies on aged service industry.In the process,the establishment and improvement of aged service system in our country has experienced active investigation and gained considerable progress.Home-based care for the aged,as a extension of traditional aged-supporting mode,not only guarantee the emotion atmosphere of traditional aged-supporting mode,but also improve the speciality and efficiency of aged service industry.At the same time,with the rapid development of urbanization in our country,more and more rural labor force has been imported into the urban construction activities,which makes the extensive phenomenon of “empty nest”.However,the extensive phenomenon of “empty nest” has constantly weakened the function and effectiveness of traditional aged-supporting mode in rural areas,with made a contradiction with poor economic conditions and rigid aged-supporting thinking in rural areas.Then,home-based care for the aged has become one of the most appropriate aged-supporting modes.Focused on the home-based care for the age in rural areas,with the research object of Anji county,and with the method of questionnaire,this research explored the status and problems of rural home-based aged service system in our country,and put forward a series of optimizing countermeasures,in order to contribute to the improvement and optimization for the rural home-based aged service system in our country.At present,the government support,organization establishment and volunteer service of rural home-based aged service system have made some progress.However,there were some problems in the aspects including service concept,organizational structure,operational mechanism,economic guarantee,talent group and monitoring system,which made low satisfaction.In the end,this research put forward three optimizing countermeasures,including:1)to update and propaganda the concept of rural home-based aged service,2)to establish organizational structure for rural home-based aged service,3)to improve the operational mechanism for rural home-based aged service,4)to increase the input for rural home-based aged service,5)to establish a professional talent group for rural home-based aged service,6)to constantly improve the monitoring mechanism for rural home-based aged service.
