Research On The Problems In The Construction Of The Rural Ethos Civilization In The Socialist New Farm Village

Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee proposed building a new socialist countryside,China's rural material civilization has made rapid development,the majority of farmers live and work in peace,live a life of plenty.But the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas is still to be improved,especially in the construction of rural civilization problems to be solved.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the background of the new era,the new normal and the integration of urban and rural areas and the new layout of the "Five in One",the construction of rural civilization is the ideological foundation and inherent motivation of building new countryside.Rural construction quality and the improvement of the overall quality of farmers;strengthening the socialist new countryside rural civilization construction,is conducive to promoting the country's ideological and political policies in the new countryside full implementation,is conducive to promoting rural economic development transformation and upgrading,is conducive to new Rural cultural construction to provide the driving force of innovation,is conducive to the promotion of man and nature and harmonious coexistence,is conducive to improving rural livelihood,maintaining rural social harmony and stability.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to promote the rural culture and adjust the folk custom to develop the new trend,and to promote the harmonious development of the political civilization,material civilization,spiritual civilization and ecological civilization of the new socialist countryside.Based on the reality of building a new socialist countryside,this article has achieved some economic achievements in the new rural construction.But there are still some problems and difficulties in the construction of rural civilization,we need to further explore how to better solve,so that the new socialist countryside construction of the level of civilization steadily.The article adopts the methods of social investigation,the combination of theory and practice,the law of history and logic,the method of literature research and the method of experience summarization.In this paper,we will study the rural civilization in the field of culture,customs,values,spiritual civilization and so on,and put forward the positive force in the phenomenon of"anti-urbanization",and aiming at new industries such as rural culture and other aspects of innovation and development.With a certain degree of innovation.Firstly,this paper expounds the realistic background of the research,and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research.Based on the existing research in China,this paper summarizes and evaluates the foreign experiences of the construction of the rural wind civilization represented by Japan and Korea,and puts forward the methods,ideas and innovative points of this research.Secondly,it defines the concept of rural civilization,expounds the characteristics of rural wind,the basic requirements of rural civilization and the basic content of rural civilization construction;analysis of rural civilization construction in Marxism and socialism with Chinese characteristics,the core Values under the guidance of the basic theoretical framework.Thirdly,from the perspective of"Five in One",the author points out that there still exist realistic difficulties in the construction of rural civilization in the new socialist countryside:the political consciousness of the villagers is weak,the construction of material civilization is lacking,the spiritual civilization Construction level is not high,lack of ecological civilization construction and other issues.And analyzes the main causes of the political,economic,cultural,ecological,social and so on which hinder the development and construction of the rural civilization.Finally,according to the "five in one"pattern put forward to solve the socialist new rural rural civilization construction problems and suggestions.It is of theoretical value and practical significance to fully and clearly discuss the development and construction of all aspects of the problem of rural civilization construction in the new socialist countryside in the new period.
