Research On The Construction Of Socialism New Rural Ecological Civilization In China

"Ecological civilization" is the inevitable requirement when our country socialist modernization developing to a new stage. Combined with specific national conditions, the 18th CPC National Congress put "Ecological Civilization" into the report, and made it become a single part, which not only sublimated and enriched the theory of China’s socialist system again and also embodied high attention of the party on the construction of ecological civilization. Our country is agricultural country which agriculture is the first industry. The rural ecological environment is the foundation and guarantee of the agriculture sustainable development and the rural harmonious development and farmers’comprehensive development. But with the advancement of industrialization construction, rural ecological environment get worse. The outstanding performance of "Three Rural Issues" has seriously damaged to the farmers’ health and the rural sustainable development. The thesis under the background of new socialist countryside construction, the author analyses the necessity and the urgency of the ecological civilization in socialism new rural construction. Changtai is a national ecological civilization county, we will analyses its methods, results, and the shortage when it builds the ecological civilization in socialism new rural construction, and then gives some suggestions to strengthen the ecological civilization in Changtai. Finally, we will get some enlightenment from Changtai which helps build the ecological civilization in China. We will further study the new rural ecological civilization of the socialism construction, analysis the area of do the better performance in building the new rural ecological civilization construction, which helps solve the rural ecological problem and gives some enlightenment to strengthen the construction of new rural ecological civilization in China.
