The Re-Employment Status And Influencing Factors Of The Young Elderly In Urban

With the decline of the demographic dividend and the proposal of active aging,the re-employment for the elderly is an important issue in aging.The elderly re-employment is affected and restricted by many factors.As the main force of the elderly re-employment,the young elderly in the urban area,the promotion of their re-employment is an important way to develop the elderly human resources and is of great practical significance in alleviating the crisis of population aging and reducing the pressure of social support.1,536 urban old men are screened out and taken as the sample on the basis of the CGSS 2013 data released by CNSDA in 2015,finally the status and influencing factors of the re-employment of the elderly are analyzed through descriptive statistics,Chi-square test,binary Logistic and so on.And to explain the correlation between the various factors,the reasons for the re-employment and no re-employment are also figured out through case interview.The following conclusions are drawn as a whole:First of all,as for the status of re-employment,the employment rate of the old people in towns is generally low,and the way of re-employment is single.The young elderly are the main force of re-employment,and most of them are employed by the enterprises to engage in non-management work.The working time of re-employment is long,but the labor contract signed by law is less.Secondly,in terms of influencing factors of re-employment,age,marital status,personal income of the previous year,spouse being re-employed or not,the frequency of relaxation and social attitude all significantly affect the re-employment of the elderly.Based on the above analysis,the following suggestions are put forward from the perspective of social work by combining domestic and foreign experiences.At the government level,social workers can make policy advocacy,the government is suggested to improve the employment protection mechanism of the elderly,implement a flexible retirement system,and protect the rights of the elderly re-employment,the government actively promotes the education of the elderly.At the social level,social workers jointly set up a platform for the elderly re-employment through social organizations.The enterprise innovates the design of the elderly posts,provides vocational skills training,and advocates the correct view of the elderly value in the society.At the individual level,social workers can provide casework services to older persons in need,link social resources,help them obtain family support,also groupactivities and community activities can be held to provide employment guidance and counselling for the elderly.
