From Interaction To Mutual Aid: A Study On Community Support Services For Urban Young Elderly Travel Aged Car

Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan(2021-2025)for National Economic and Social Development and Vision 2035 of China,with continuous development of economy and society,Self-organized tourism community pension model is a model that is rarely studied at home and abroad.In order to achieve the public policy goal of China's pension security development and improve the sense of happiness and value of the elderly after retirement,group pension tourism,as a way to quickly and effectively improve short-term happiness,is an effective tool to achieve this goal.This kind of self-organization for the elderly has a short establishment time,insufficient internal strength,insufficient mutual assistance among members,weak awareness of mutual assistance,and external opportunities for mutual assistance,resulting in weak social support.How to quickly integrate the internal resources and functions of the community,so that self-organizing members can form organizational identity together,and use their abilities to form synergy and give play to the relationship network of each member are all problems that we should solve.The mutual-aid promotion direction of self-organized social support services for tourism elderly is a topic worthy of study.Based on the self-organizing members of oldage tourism,this paper realizes the reasonable connection between the supply and demand of old-age tourism services through the construction and interaction of online and offline platforms,and becomes the carrier of old-age tourism services.The three stages of building mutual-help community support services are to complete the construction of mutual-help behaviors and support during travel from the steps of consciousness cultivation,ability improvement and relationship structure.Mobilize the participation intention of the young elderly in the early stage,guide the formation of mutual help consciousness,and establish identity after mobilizing the willingness and consciousness guidance.In the middle stage,the author intervenes in the improvement of the elderly's ability in the elderly service from three aspects: emotional support,instrumental support and information support.In the later stage,the elderly are empowered in social aspects.Finally,in order to point with surface,from the mutual aid network set up to improve,put forward measures of social support and mutual assistance plight of the elderly,but also from multiple subject actively advocating cooperative sharing,build up mutual behavior between the main body standardization rationalization,promoting development by simple tourism endowment to the endowment self-organization,mutual trust and mutual assistance to promote social development.
