Study On The Way Of Communication Of College Students’ Ideological And Political Education In We-Media Era

In we-media era,high frequency and widely used are be showed in college students,at the same time,the emergence of we-media communication way has expanded the discourse space of both sides of communication,it changed the form of the past life and communication and enriched the content of the way of communication of Ideological and political education,it has a strong vitality and potential.The way provides a new way to carry out ideological and political education for college students,provides a new channel for training college students’ healthy psychology and behavior,and provides a new opportunity for college students to realize themselves.The way of communication in we-media era is divided into traditional communication way and we-media communication way.There are differences and connections between the two ways.The two types of communication are connected to the subject and the object of communication,and they interact in the ideological and political education.According to the actual survey results,including Dali University,Zhengzhou University and Chengdu University of Technology,it is found that the way of communication in we-media era does have a lot of positive effects on the communication of Ideological and political education for college students,but at the same time,there are many problems in the use of communication methods.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the use of we-media communication way is not deep,the communication scope is not wide,the utilization rate is not balanced,the communication efficiency is not good,and the traditional communication way utilization rate has been reduced,and traditional communication way and we-media communication way have not been effectively integrated and effectively utilized and so on.These problems lead to poor communication between College Students’ Ideological and political education.The reasons include five aspects: the problem of the way of thinking of the main body of communication,the unreasonable use of the object of communication,the unfit between the communication content and the way of communication,and the complexity of the communication environment,and the principle of communication is not clear.Therefore,in order to improve the effect of communication in Ideological and political education,we must solve the problem from three aspects.First,we should pay attention to the principle of communication mode,lay the foundation for communication;secondly optimize the relationship between communication elements and communication ways,improve communication efficiency;finally,we should innovate communication methods,create comprehensive communication,we should make use of the agenda setting method to ensure the best communication content and communication mode,then we should make use of emotional discussion method to fill in the blind area of emotional communication and stereoscopic communication method to set up multi-dimensional and three-dimensional communication.Different way of communication has different characteristics and applications,we should learn to use and combine different communication ways in we-media era,so that the communication process can form a interactive communication system that multiple ways of communication are integrated,complementary and mutually reinforcing.
