The Influence Factors,internal Logic And Chinese Strategy Research Of International Norm Transmission

In international political theory,scholars have been studying international norms for a long time,and the study of norms has been rising or declining with the two world wars.Since Wilson proposed the fourteen point plan,it was not until the rise of the constructivist school that the study of international norms gradually formed a system and deepened.International norm is a kind of Shared concept,it is a kind of cultural phenomenon,the norm from being raised that moment,it means the occurrence of transmission phenomenon.Specification spread throughout a specification of the whole process of life cycle,as a result,the spread of international norms research should include the whole process of the spread of international norms,influencing factors and inherent logic and dissemination result.The transmission process of international norms is a complicated dynamic process,but the mechanism can be divided into two processes: socialization and localization according to different characteristics of different stages.These two communication processes focus on the international architecture and national internal structure,and each transmission process has different key factors.In the socialization process,the influential factors that play an important role have the power,the feature of the topic and the world environment;In the localization process,the influential factors that play an important role are the national interest demands,the stability of the national structure,the degree of cultural matching and the process of the debate.Under the influence of these two processes,there are three kinds of logic: assimilation,deviation and remolding.Deviate from the logic of international standard transmission willlead to the decline of international norms and dissipation,and the spread of the international standard reshape logic represents the state of the original specification to be changed,and the emergence of a new transmission.In the new international situation,with the decline of international standard system of natural and change,the rise of China as an emerging superpower,a voice,construct their own discourse system not only is the natural requirement of the rising,or the will of the international community.Therefore,studying the logic of international standard communication can provide some reference for China to establish its own discourse system.
