With the rapid development of economy,many emerging industries appear.The internet is one of them.The internet is fast-growing and also leads to many competitions and monopolies.All the competition occur in a certain range of the market.To judge whether an operator conducts the restrictive competition behaviors,first of all,we need to scope the range of the market which composes the relevant market.The definition of the relevant market are the key steps and the beginning of conducting the antitrust law.It can influence and even determine the result of an antitrust trial.The key to defining the relevant market is the way of defining and only the proper ways can make sure the range of the market accurate.The traditional methods of defining such as alternative analysis and SSNIP are in dilemma when applied in the internet industry due to its characteristics.The judgements of those cases have aroused intense discussion and scholars have not come to an agreement on the methods of defining.Thus,we should adjust the methods,using new ways of defining,and improve the legal system.
