Green Burial Research Based On Collaborative Governance

Burial is an important cultural phenomenon and life etiquette in human society.With the development of China's social development and ecological civilization construction,the ecological and green development of the funeral industry is urgently needed.In recent years,Nanchang city has also preliminarily built a batch of ecological burial facilities,and explored the methods of ash storage,tree burial,and deep burial,have achieved certain results.But overall,the green burial work in Nanchang is still in its infancy,land saving,environmental protection concept of burial is not strong,the incentive to guide,standardize the system and mechanism of regulation is not perfect,the funeral industry service quality is low,land ecological burial industry facilities supply,public participation enthusiasm is not strong,the implementation of the green funeral and lack of integration.These situations of Nanchang city green burial representative throughout the country,so in Nanchang city as an example,based on the perspective of collaborative governance green funeral research,the author in order to provide solution for green burial propulsion.The paper first to the green burial and coordinate the management of related theory are introduced.On this basis,through the literature inquiry,case analysis,comparative analysis and survey research methods,analyze the present situation and problems of Nanchang city green funeral.At the same time,we should draw lessons from the experience of green burial in the aspects of system policy,system supporting,supervision and management,promotion and service quality.The reform management system was obtained.Implement the supporting system;Improve the working mechanism;Improving the infrastructure;Strengthening publicity and incentive;The efforts of the government department,industry and the public to promote the process of green burial,try to provide theoretical reference for the promotion of green burial and the perfection of supporting system.
