On The Legal Responsibility Of The Statistical Administrative Relative

statistical information is an important part of social and economic information,which is the important basis for the state to formulate policies,plans and implement scientific management.In the current statistical administration,there is a general attitude of statistical administration towards statistical administration.The statistics law is even regarded as "soft law".There is a large number of violations of statistics law,which seriously affects the implementation of statistics law and the quality of statistics data.Perfecting and implementing the legal responsibility of the statistical administrative relative to the person will help to safeguard the authority of the Statistical Law and ensure the implementation of the Statistical Law.Due to some deficiencies in legislation and practice,the illegal acts of the relative to the statistical administration in our country have not been fully investigated in a just,timely and effective manner.This paper analyzes the causes of the illegal phenomenon of statistics administration relative to human beings and discusses the deficiency of legislation and practice.Raising the cost of breaking the law;Improving the capacity of statistical enforcement teams;Strengthening implementation...
