The role of the Young Pioneers’ ritual in education is quite crucial.It has a profound and lasting influence on the value tendency,emotional attitude and behavior of the players in their childhood.Nowadays,the ritual education of the Young Pioneers is constantly developing and improving,and continuing to diversify the educational goals.More and more educators begin to pay attention to the role and significance of the Young Pioneers’ ritual education.Based on the ritual education of the Young Pioneers,the paper analyzes and studies the subject by observation and interview.Firstly,the purpose and significance of the project are described,and the core concept theory is discussed and introduced in detail.At the same time,it states the current research results,shows the research methods,research objects and clear research routes.Secondly,the paper introduces the educational value of the Young Pioneers ceremony.It shows that the ritual education can make the young pioneers determine the correct starting point,create a good sense of ceremony and play the role of discipline.Then analyzes the ritual education of the young pioneers in L primary school through observation and interview.The present situation,the causes of implementing ritual education,the specific implementation of different ritual activities and the related problems are analyzed.The results showed that,in L Primary School,the goal of entering the team ceremony was clear,comprehensive,the activity process was complete and abundant,the ceremony goal was basically realized,the flag raising ceremony goal basically coincided with the original intention of patriotism education,and the development process of flag raising ceremony was mixed.The realization of the patriotic goal is restricted;The ceremony of the team meeting in the theme is single in content and unreasonable in form.In addition,there are also some basic problems,such as,The use of mark etiquette is not enough standard;The speech under the national flag is empty;The existence of the phenomenon of "taking the Class on behalf of the team";Students’ participation is not wide enough;Lack of the evaluation system of ritual education.Finally,based on the present situation and existing problems of the ritual education of the Young Pioneers in L Primary School,the paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of attention to the ritual education,the low level of specialization of the young pioneers’ work and the lack of students’ autonomy and initiative.And from strengthening the guidance and training of Young Pioneers’ ritual norms,improving the professional level of counselors,enriching and improving the content and form of speech under thenational flag,relying on activities to enhance the subjectivity of the players,To perfect the evaluation system of the young pioneers’ ritual education five aspects to put forward Countermeasures. |
