A Research On The Current Situation Of Ritual Education Of Young Pioneers

In February 2021,the CPC Central Committee issued the Opinions on Comprehending the Work of Young Pioneers in the New Era,which was the first document issued in the name of the CPC Central Committee specifically to strengthen the work of Young Pioneers in the new era and an action program for the work of Young Pioneers in the new era.The Opinions emphasize the need to improve the education system of young pioneers’ rites,and generally carry out the rites of joining the team,joining the team and leaving the team,so as to enhance the solemnness and appeal of the rites.Based on the above content,this study mainly solves the following problems:What are the existing problems in the ritual education of the junior team;What are the influential factors;How to solve these problems.The research methods used in this paper are observation method,literature method and questionnaire method.Due to the influence of COVID-19,this paper used the software "Questionnaire Star" to distribute questionnaires online,and 837 questionnaires were collected.The objects of the survey were young pioneers and young pioneers counselors from two primary schools in C City.Meanwhile,the young pioneers’ joining ceremony,flag-raising ceremony,theme team day activity and other young pioneers’ ceremonies in the two primary schools were observed.The dimensions of the questionnaire in this paper are four aspects,including the goal,content,form and evaluation of the Young Pioneers’ ritual education.Through the investigation and research results,it is found that there are some problems in the rite education of young pioneers,which are mainly as follows: the subject status of young pioneers is not outstanding,the school does not pay enough attention to the rite education of young pioneers,the form of the rite education of young pioneers is single and there is no corresponding evaluation and feedback mechanism.Through the survey,the main source of the problem is the lack of professional ability of Young Pioneers counselors.On the other hand,the lack of support from the school and parents and the lack of attention to the work of Young Pioneers are caused by both sides.At the same time,in view of the young pioneers ceremony education exists four problems put forward to promote the young pioneers of subjectivity,improve the innovative young pioneers ceremony education content and form of the construction of high quality,and worker team and perfect the incentive system of the young pioneers ceremony education improvement countermeasures,such as in order to effectively implement the contribution to the young pioneers ceremony education power.
