| Since the eary l980's,enterprse infOrmatization has made some progresses inChina fOr years. But the process was no plain sailing. A few enterprises succeededwhile more entCrprises failed. Especially many manufacturing enterprises have gotinto a difficult sitIJation in course of informatization developmeflt. Form enterprisemanagement's poiflt of vieW we studied about the process of constructing enterpriseinfOrmatization. wnle we analyzed different levels of simcture of enterpriseinfOrmatization, we fOund essential factors of infOrmatization. It includes fOur levelsin the whole course of infOrmatization, name1yf l .The basic 1evel of informatizationstrategy database and netWork construction (This level is the foundation of enterpriseinfOrmatization) 2.The digital level of systems and equipments 3.The automatizedlevel of management (These two levels are the kernel of enterprise informatization).4.The netWork level of enterprise com-munication (This 1evel is radical aPproach ofenterprise informatiZaion). Thereby it can be concluded that these four levels almostcontain all factors of enterprise infOrmatization. That is, we should commence fromthese four levels to consmict enierprise informatization.At the same time, these fOur levels have no absolute sequence. Beforeenterprises construct informatization, they should make a decision whether tocommence frOm a certain or Whole levels. AnyWay the four levels should beincluded in entirely otherwise infOrmatization construction will not be perfect, evenfail completely.There is quite a way still to go fOr enterprise informatization. Having analyzedlevels of structULre of enterprise infOrmatization deta1ed, we can provide enterprisemanager and informatiZaion constructer with cIear and integral informatiZaionnotion, complete and practical infOrmatization frame, and specific and definiteinfOrmatization target. We hope that enterprise manager can achieve someenlightenment and help to find out how to conunence to construct infOrmatization. |
