With the continuous development of social economy,the economic development between urban and rural areas is increasingly significant,in this case,there is a phenomenon of population flow in the country.According to a comprehensive survey of the relevant departments,the total number of floating population in China has broken through 200 million by the end of 2015,and the size of the number of floating population in the country will be greatly increased in the next decade.At this stage,the majority of migrant workers in the domestic mobile population are due to access to higher economic income,and most of the population is concentrated in cities with better economic development and the highest proportion of migrant workers in the floating population groups.All along,the economic mechanism of our country is planned economy,and can fully show the floating population management of the planned economy,there are many defects in the management of the planned economy,such as: the current government does not effectively meet the needs of the floating population for social security;Although the rural health insurance system has been implemented,there are still a large number of floating population not participating in such social security mechanism;Most of the children of the floating population groups are of low cultural level,and they cannot get a good cultural education.the reason is that the cost of education is too high.Mobile population groups do not enjoy equal access to public services;The difficulty of integrating the floating population into the society is very large,and a sense of belonging is lacking.Most of the floating population has a low level of culture,they do not have a technology long,their own employment opportunities are not much and so on.Community innovation management includes community basic work management,community management,community service,and so on,and innovative community management can effectively help mobile people more easily integrate into the environment,and can also help them enjoy legal public services.This paper is based on the innovative management of floating population community as research point,with the floating population in Changzhou as the research object,through finding out the actual problems existing in the floatingpopulation management in Changzhou,and then in-depth research and analysis,detailed understanding of the floating population on the various impact of community management.To improve the community management as a starting point,the social innovation management mobile population put forward the author personal suggestions,for example: the current floating population management mechanism to improve and improve,build the online platform for floating population management.
