The number of floating population in China reaches 253 million now, the future number of floating population will continue to increase. At present, main reason for migration in our country is to obtain a higher income, therefore the flow of population move from the midwest to the east, and the labor force accounts for a high proportion of floating population.Because of China’s planned economic system, the floating population administration service more for the economic system, which leading to the government’s management of floating population are not in place. Mainly reflect in:the government failed to meet the needs of the floating population of social security, the children of floating population have less education chances, higher education costs, floating population cannot enjoy the public service equally with local people; floating population are in the lack of a sense of belonging to the community, the floating population has less opportunities for employment.The main contents of the community management include daily management, community service and special management. If we manage the floating population in the same way, they may better integrate into urban life enjoy equal public service, participate in community autonomy.In view of the problems existing in the management of floating population, the paper analyzes the positive influences and negative influences of floating population on community management, and plays an active role in the management of community management. From the contents of community management, the paper puts forward the suggestions of the management of the floating population:to construct the service management system of the floating population, to encourage the floating population to participate in the community autonomy, to innovate the floating population public service system and to develop the floating population information management system. |
