The Research Of Rehabilitation Services For The Disabled In Rural Areas

Persons with disabilities as vulnerable groups in social development,due to some defects of physical and psychological exerted great influence on their life and work,education and other social activities,and disabled persons in rural areas is the group of disadvantaged vulnerable groups in social life,need more care.The rehabilitation work of the disabled has an important role in promoting the physical and mental rehabilitation of the disabled,improving the living standard of the disabled and promoting the integration of the disabled into the society.In 2017,WHO convened the international conference entitled "rehabilitation 2030",calling for adoption of international,harmonious and detailed steps to strengthen the service for disabled persons in the health service system.We can see that the rehabilitation of disabled persons has aroused global concern.In recent years,the cause of the disabled in China has been developing continuously.General Secretary Xi emphasized the development of disabled people's career and strengthened disability rehabilitation services in the nineteen report's "strengthening social security system".It can be seen that promoting the development of rehabilitation services for the disabled is a positive response to all national policies,and is also an important guarantee for maintaining social stability and promoting a well-off society in an all-round way.In this paper,we carry out an empirical study on the Rehabilitation Service of rural disabled people in Rucheng County S village in Chenzhou,Hunan Province,after defining the relevant concepts,this paper introduces the basic situation of S village in the empirical investigation area,and states the relevant safeguard policy of the State on rehabilitation service and the measures and achievements of precision rehabilitation in the Rucheng County of S village.Based on the questionnaire statistics of 93 persons with disabilities in village,the rehabilitation needs of the disabled in S village and the satisfaction of the rehabilitation service are analyzed.According to the relevant data statistics and in-depth visits to the contents of the survey,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the rehabilitation service for the disabled in S village,and puts forward some problems,such as shortage of rehabilitation service resources,inadequate policy implementation,imperfect organization,imperfect development balance,low ability and individuation level and insufficient propaganda.In the study of solving the problems of rehabilitation service for the disabled in rural areas,this paper puts forward the strengthening of medical security for rural handicapped,the Rehabilitation fund for the disabled in rural areas,the construction of rehabilitation organizations for the disabled in rural areas,the construction of rehabilitation institutions for the disabled in rural areas,the construction of qualified personnel for Strengthen the rehabilitation propaganda work of rural disabled people and other suggestions,in order to promote the rural disabled rehabilitation services work smoothly.
