Rehabilitation And Problems On Disabled In China

Through the description of rehabilitation demands, rehabilitation services supplying and rehabilitation satisfaction demands, this paper aims to help understanding the demands and problems of rehabilitation, and put forward some suggestions according to the research results to make rehabilitation services supplying more targeted.Data of this paper comes from the Second National Sample Survey on Disability. It includes different Hukous, genders, ages, disability rankings and types of disability of disabled and their rehabilitation needs, acceptation of rehabilitation services.The study found that,1) five main demands of disabled people across the country are medical services and assistance, poor disabled people assistance, device support, rehabilitation training and service, life support, but on these aspects, rehabilitation meets are not the highest.2) the services supplying and demands meet on urban areas are better than rural areas.3) the meet of the needs of adolescents is better than adults and the elderly.4) meet of needs on different types of disabled are different.This paper gave the following suggestions. First of all, to establish the system of routine survey. Secondly, to increase the statistical of data rehabilitation about people with disabilities in rural areas.
