Research On The Lack Of Humanity And Its Governance In Urban Transportation Construction

With China's economy's continues development,the process of modernization is also accelerating.Besides,the quality of life of the people has been greatly improved.Urbanization has also made significant progress as an important part of it.The improvement of transport infrastructure plays a significant role in the potential for sustainable economic and social development and it is a judgment of the overall competitiveness of cities.It is also the basic guarantee for improving the lives of urban residents.As the lifeblood of urban construction,urban roads have the fundamental significance of providing better services for the people,effectively realizing the planning,design,construction and management of human nature.From the point of view of urban transportation,people can see the people-oriented concept.At the same time,it has played a substantial role in the cultural connotation of the entire city,allowing the "Chinese Dream" of great rejuvenation to be embodied in life.Based on this background,one of the issues which seems quite necessary and urgent is how to realize humanity and scientific governance of urban traffic First of all,based on the Intelligent Transportation System(ITS),this article focuses on "Humanity".Fromthe viewpoint of urban traffic humanity,by using multiple strategies of governance,the essay systematically elaborates related concepts,and determines the theoretical basis for urban traffic humane governance..Secondly,taking WH city as an example,it conducts an empirical analysis of the humanity and governance of the urban traffic construction in WH city.It specifically analyzes the traffic background of WH city,and comprehensively uses a variety of research methods,such as:literature research method,comparative research method,Field investigation methods,etc.With the in-depth analysis of the current problems in the humanization of traffic in WH city,the essay summed up the specific performance of the problem and the main causes.Finally,based on the empirical analysis conclusions,this paper proposes some tentative suggestions on the humanistic governance of urban traffic construction in WH city from the aspects of planning,design and construction management of urban transportation.The full implementation of humanized urban transport will be a long process.It depends not only on the planning and management of smart transport,but also on the scientific theories adopted in various aspects such as the design of transport facilities.After continuous supplementation and improvement,a human-oriented urban traffic concept will be finally formed.The aim of the plan is to create a livable,desirable and pleasant urban space so as to promote the sustainable,healthy and scientific development of the urban economy.This article studies the concept of humanization of urban transport construction.The essay takes WH city as an example and carries out empirical researches,through questionnaire survey and interview analysis,eventually explores the development direction of humanistic governance of urban traffic construction.The result which plays a practical role in city traffic can directly improve the WH city's traffic.
