On The Artificial Intelligence Of Judicial Adjudication

The era of artificial intelligence has come quietly,artificial intelligence is constantly affecting all aspects of social life.At the same time,on the one hand,social and economic development is rapid,social relations and contradictions are complicated,the number of cases increased rapidly,the judicial personnel load overweight;On the other hand,the construction of the rule of law has been deepened and the general public's legal quality has been greatly improved.In this context,the court system of our country has actively used the Internet,large data and artificial intelligence technology to reform the existing judicial adjudication system in order to improve the efficiency of the Court,safeguard the justice and strengthen the judicial deterrence.However,like other new technologies,artificial intelligence technology has brought many new problems,such as algorithmic dictatorship,information leakage and so on,while it brings many conveniences to the judicial adjudication work.This paper summarizes the research context of the combination of judicial judgment and artificial intelligence,combines the present situation of the application of artificial intelligence technology in judicial adjudication,analyzes the value and significance of AI in judicial adjudication,and sums up the challenges in the application of artificial intelligence in the judicial adjudication.And try to put forward the corresponding strategies to help the application of artificial intelligence in the judicial adjudication of the related problems.The article is divided into five chapters altogether.The first chapter summarizes the application of AI in judicial adjudication and the historical process of combining artificial intelligence with law.This paper mainly introduces the aspects of the application of artificial intelligence in judicial adjudication,and how the combination of artificial intelligence and law,and the historical development of these two disciplines.Chapter Two,the value and significance of the application of artificial intelligence in judicial adjudication.This paper mainly introduces the unification of artificial intelligence to improve judicial efficiency,safeguard judicial impartiality and promote judicial discretion.The third chapter,the application of artificial intelligence in judicial adjudication is facing the problem.This paper mainly introduces some problems arising from the application of artificial intelligence in judicial adjudication,including the weakening of judge's discretion,the public's concern,the infringement of personal information and privacysecurity,and the existing technical defects.The fourth chapter,how to apply artificial intelligence in judicial adjudication.Based on the problems mentioned in the previous chapter,this chapter attempts to propose corresponding strategies to better realize the application of artificial intelligence in judicial adjudication.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.The comprehensive text shows the author's attitude towards AI and its expectation.The author thinks that the artificial intelligence is the inevitable development direction of the judicial judgment,the future of artificial intelligence will certainly help the judicial judgment.
