China has fully implemented the tax reform--replace business tax with value-added tax(BT to VAT)since May 2016,which,for one hand,benefits taxpayer by reducing taxation and cost,and on the other hand,brings a lot of challenges to the staff,such as a surge amount of work,lack of tax staff,heavy tax task,high law enforcement risk,detailed performance evaluation?negative media information report and diversified demands of taxpayer.These challenges bring the tax staff work stress,family conflicts and social cognitive bias,which increasingly lead to job burnout of the tax staff.Therefore,the research on job burnout causes and its countermeasures of N.SAT could provide theoretical basis and empirical support for preventing and relieving job burnout,which has great significance to improve the administration and service and enhance the cohesion and effectiveness of SAT.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part,introduction,includes the raise of question,introduce of researching thoughts,writing difficulties,research methods and innovations.The second part is about the related concepts and basic theory.This section gives descriptions of EAP plan,the conception of job burnout and its three dimensions,and summarizes the previous researchers' achievements,which provides a theoretical basis for the further development of this study.The third part is mainly about the descriptive statistics and variance analysis of the job burnout of N.SAT staff,including the design and implementation of this research,the explanation of the selected object,the design of job burnout questionnaire,descriptive statistics of the staff basic information and variance analysis of their job burnout on the demography.In the variance analysis part of this research,we use the data analysis function of Excel to finish two sample F test and T test of the job burnout data which is collected by the designed questionnaire.The significant results of F test and T test are as following: among the three dimensions of job burnout of N.SAT staff,the impact of emotional exhaustion dimension is the maximal,while the influence of negative and snub feeling dimension is the minimal.There is a significant difference among gender,age and position level of N.SAT staff,while in the negative and snub feeling dimension.All the variance,except for position level,doesn't show a significant difference on the emotional exhaustion dimension.And in terms of the whole job burnout,all the demographic variance except for position level shows no significant influence.The fourth part deeply analyzes the causes of job burnout of N.SAT staff in the three aspects of work,family and society.The fifth part puts forward the reliving suggestions according to the causes of job burnout.The sixth part summarizes the thesis and notes the research limitations of analysis on the view of the research methods and samples,attempting to provide a new idea for the future research on the direction and development of job burnout.
