Job burnout is a state of physical and mental fatigue or serious fatigue under the pressure of work,and it feels that its ability to be consumed too much or even depleted by work.In recent years,the theoretical research on job burnout has increased and perfected by Chinese scholars.There is no intervention for the job burnout of the employees in the district and county departments.Based on the status quo of job burnout of department employees in a district of Beijing,this paper uses questionnaires,personal interviews and literature reviews to study burnout,analyze influencing factors,and conclude that burnout is the research conclusion of middle burnout.The intervention measures are put forward from the individual level and the organization level to the job burnout.At the personal level,the specific measures are:(1)set up a reasonable career expectation to prevent burnout(2)organization of employees' activities to create a correct career outlook and cultivate the ability to resist burnout(3)encourage the staff to study in a systematic way to improve their ability to resist burnout(4)to popularize the self-regulation of burnout knowledge workers to prevent the formation of burnout;At the organizational level,the specific measures are:(1)establish the right position concept through education and training(2)to develop career planning career incentives to slow down or prevent burnout from happening and developing(3)mass organizations to carry out activities to relieve stress,enhance burnout resistance,improve team cohesion,weaken the influence of burnout.
