| The townships near the Taihang Mountains in Hebei Province have completed the task of poverty eradication,but in the face of the enormous pressure of rural revitalization work and the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,the ability to maintain the normalized line of defense of epidemic prevention and control and to promote the rural revitalization strategy as required are undoubtedly closely related to the work of the grassroots in each township.However,in practice,due to the complexity and specificity of their work,grassroots staff in townships inevitably have a tendency to burnout,which has a negative impact on the development of subsequent work.The study took the grassroots staff of X township in Hebei province as the target group,and conducted case interviews with 22 township staff and questionnaires with 165 township staff in the poorer mountainous townships of Zanhuang county in Hebei province.Firstly,with reference to the results of the questionnaire,a descriptive analysis was conducted on the actual situation of burnout among the grassroots employees in X townships in Hebei province,and a subsequent difference analysis was conducted based on demographic variables;secondly,a generalised analysis was conducted on the causes of burnout among the grassroots employees in X townships in Hebei province with reference to the results of the questionnaire and case interviews;thirdly,the MBA knowledge was applied to the generalised causes and influencing factors.Fourthly,based on the inductive analysis of the causes of burnout,management countermeasures were proposed to alleviate the level of burnout among the grassroots staff in X townships in Hebei province.The study shows that when there is a high level of burnout among the grassroots staff in X townships in Hebei province,based on the statistical descriptive analysis of the indicators there are considerable significant differences among the personnel in different situations,the correlation formed in the pre-determined influencing factors and burnout levels,according to the regression analysis and questionnaire statistics,this paper proposes intervention methods from four different perspectives such as individual level,work characteristics and organizational environment Through these targeted intervention strategies,the current level of burnout among grassroots employees is attempted to be controlled at a certain level,providing a reference for the improvement of the efficiency of human resource management in grassroots townships and adapting to the requirements of the new era. |
