Occupation burnout as an individual occupation facing mental sub-health,widespread in the workplace,and will have a negative impact on the individual's physical and mental health occupation,realize the serious occupation burnout and even hinder work efficiency and organizational performance.Taxation Bureau,As people's vital interests and direct contact with the relevant national tax service pr incipals Their physical and mental health directly affect the quality of tax collection and administration and the national fiscal revenue,direct effects in various functional departments of the central policy,services and related policy executive power of government image.For the research of job burnout among grass-roots tax officials also helps to deepen the related to tax bureau and government departments at the grass-roots level and research,And related decisions for the tax bureau and government departments at the grass-roots level to provide the reference.Therefore,this paper on the theory of job burnout in three dimensions,using quantitative research methods to explore the grass-roots tax personnel occupation burnout and occupation burnout,grasp the investigation and analysis of occupation burnout of A City Local Taxation Bureau staff first-hand data timely,through empirical research and analysis of different age,gender,education,job,whether differences in work experience and job burnout with occupation,difference especially the grass-roots tax civil servants and contrast discrimination tax member between the two different subjects,in order to further explore the causes of job burnout in order to promote the occupation.Grassroots tax staff to develop physical and mental health,to improve the effectiveness of the organization and work of the proposed targeted recommendations.This paper argues that Tax authorities should enhance tax officials at the grass-roots level of self-efficacy and attach importance to protect the member management,improve the shift work flow mechanism and incentive mechanism.Grass-roots tax officials should also identify occupational characteristics,Get the role of themselves,attaches great importance to the promotion and learn to self psychological adjustment.
