Research On Transnational Trafficking Of Women Crime And Control In The Greater Mekong Subregion

The Greater Mekong Subregion is home to China,Myanmar,Laos,Vietnam,Thailand and Cambodia,because of the imbalance in political and economic development among these countries,the imbalance in the gender ratio of the population,and the history of history.The influence of ethnic,religious and cultural factors,and since 1990 s,the countries of the Greater Mekong Subregion have opened their borders one after another,which has brought significant economic benefits at the same time.It also provides opportunities for transnational trafficking in human beings.In the past decade,the crime of transnational trafficking of women has developed rapidly,and some border areas of the countries of the Mekong Subregion have been an important outflow of the crime of trafficking in persons.Inflow and transit.The United Nations estimates that the region accounts for about 1/3 of the global crime of trafficking in human beings,and the situation is grim and not optimistic.The crime of abducting and selling women,which is studied in this paper,is an increasingly rampant crime in current judicial practice,which not only induces a large number of criminal cases and social security problems.Also seriously affects our country socialism harmonious society construction.On the basis of this series of cooperative developments,China ' s determination and vision on women ' s equality,empowerment and women ' s more equal and sustainable development have been laid down in a number of occasions.In spite of the fact that the regional migration and health governance is difficult to form an institutionalized policy in the future,it is believed that through regionalization,targeted policy cooperation governance,it is necessary to gradually improve the multiple vulnerable identities of women being constructed across borders,and to make this group more social and social concerns and protection,and to create a good environment for women ' s equal development in the region.From the perspective of transnational women abduction and trafficking in the Greater Mekong Subregion,from the perspective of legal practice,through the collection of the latest,most reliable cases and crime data as the objective support of the paper.This article theory and viewpoint carries on the elaboration and the demonstration;On the other hand,based on the international trend and characteristics of the spread of the crime of trafficking in women,the author logically combs the system of criminal charges and articles in the Mekong Subregion.In order to improve the legal mechanism of Mekong Subregion,this paper summarizes the relevant cooperation mechanism and draws on the relevant laws and regulations of other countries,for the accurate and effective fight against the crime of trafficking.It is of great significance to identify and help the victims in time and to carry out the related international cooperation smoothly.
