The Governance Of Drug Crime From The Mode Of Crime Generation

Since 21 th century,the global drug problem continues to flood,drug production and types continue to increase,drug crimes are not stopped,the situation of drug control is still grim.Although governments around the world have adopted strict drug control strategies to curb the spread of drugs,there is no obvious effect.As the Obama government announced the “war on drugs” and advocates to treatment failure,and supplemented by combating drug strategies,countries began to strictly control means before judicial reflection,realize the supply and demand of drug control can play certain role,but can‘t completely solve the drug crime.Throughout the study of drug crime in China,although some research achievements have been made,measures have been taken for the reasons,but the specific mechanism of the factors that generate drug crime has been neglected.The social phenomenon of the drug crime reaction is very complex,so the factors that cause the drug crime are also complex and diverse.Therefore,this paper studies the generation mode of drug-related crimes.With the help of the chemical reaction equation of criminal case,we study the specific mechanism of the various factors leading to drug-related crimes so as to improve the governance of drug.
