Research On The Accessibility Of Community Home Care Service

The aging level of the population in China is becoming more and more serious,the miniaturization and centralization of the family structure has led to the increase of the elderly dependency ratio,the weakening of the traditional family pension function,the socialization of old age support leads to a widespread concern and attention of all sectors of society.China enters the aging age in the condition of "get old before it gets rich" and "get old before it gets ready for ".In fact,the current level of institutional endowment can not meet the needs of the elderly.However,the family pension in the community has integrated the advantages of family pension and institutional pension,which has become the first choice for the elderly,and has also been supported by the government,which has developed rapidly in recent years.The accessibility is an important indicator to determine whether a service is effective to its users.The study of the services for the aging at home can analyze and value its situation,Judge the accessibility of the service for the aged,and provide a realistic reference for improving the service for the elderly as well.However,there are few articles about the accessibility of home care services in the community.For this reason,this article takes Ji'nan as an example to study the accessibility of community home care services.The purpose of this article is to improve the accessibility level of the community home care service through the assessment of the accessibility level of the community home old-age.On the one hand,the research applies the research of service accessibility to the community home care service,it not only enriches the research content of the community home care service,but also complements the lack of research on the accessibility of the community home care service.On the other hand,the actual effect of community home care service is achieved through the community's home care service.To a certain extent,it can also reflect the problems which existing in the community home care service,so as to put forward pertinent suggestions and improve the level of accessibility constantly.The article takes the community as the research unit which is determined by the sampling survey,and gives out the questionnaire to the elderly in the range.At the same time,collecting the subjective evaluation of accessibility in the community home care service from three aspects,such as content,economy,time and geography.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach to analyse the collected data,Through the analysis of the collected data by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it is concluded that the content of the community home care service has the highest level of accessibility,and it has reached the optimal state,and there is no resource waste.Economic accessibility is second to none,but it has not reached the basic acceptable level yet.And there is room for improvement.The time and geography accessibility is the worst,although it has reached the general level,it still has a certain gap with the basic acceptable level.It should be improve and perfect.On the basis of the above conclusions,this paper proposed to give a brief analysis of the reasons and give some suggestions on improving the accessibility of community home care service from four aspects: increase the government investment,multiparty participation in society,adjust the price according to the market,and optimize its information services.
