Procuratorial agency as state organs for legal supervision plays an importance role in build a socialist country under the rule of law.The conflict between the public increasing needs of justice and uneven,inadequate present situation determine that judicial system reform is necessity and urgency.The classification of procuratorial personnel is the essential element in judicial system reform which highlights its important position.As a test city of the judicial system reform,the procuratorial organ of H city got several achievements in personnel classification reform,with some predicament in the mean while.This essay will research influence factors of city H's classification of procuratorial personnel,and then analyze how to solve the problem during the reform.Hoping to improve personnel classification management and enhance the effectiveness of human resource of procuratorial organs which will increase public confidence.Firstly,the relevant concepts of the classification reform of procuratorial organs are defined.The author try to study the classification management theory of procurators base on some domestic and foreign practice experience.After that,a field research has been done in the city H and Six grass-roots procuratorates in this jurisdiction which based on the status quo of the classification reform of procuratorial organs in H city.The field servey will combine with questionnaires and interviews which will analyze dilemma factor of the reform.The last,based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the further development of the classification reform of procuratorial organs.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The influencing factors of personnel classification reform are:the top-level design is not specific enough;Insufficient knowledge of reform;the personnel classification is difficult to be divided;and the staff turnover rate is high.(2)According to the above research,the paper finds and analyzes the problems and causes of the classification reform of procuratorial organs in H city.(3)In this article,we have given a detailed idea of how to improve the classification of procuratorial personnel reform in H city,to enhance the efficiency of reform.
